Cristin Dadant, Owner and General Manager, oversees our staff from one seamless transition to another. She has twenty years experience in the hospitality industry and her expertise with libations and spritzers, along with her vast knowledge of wine and beer distributors, becomes your best ally when planning an event.

Winston Blick, Owner and Executive Chef, has had numerous books, articles, and television appearances citing his love and appreciation for real food. Despite the accolades, he's still a good ol' boy at heart who wants to celebrate what food does for the human spirit.
